
Jessica Binns-Dickinson named Vice President for Enrollment Management and Strategy
PURCHASE, NY, May 2025 – Manhattanville University announced the appointment of Jessica Binns-Dickinson as the new Vice President for Enrollment Management and Strategy (VPEMS). A seasoned data-driven administrator with more than 15 years of expertise in enrollment management, strategic communications, recruitment marketing, admissions, and enrollment technology, Binns-Dickinson brings a proven track record of innovation, collaboration, and results to her new role.
Reporting to Manhattanville University President Frank D. Sánchez, Ph.D., and serving as a member of the President’s Cabinet, the VPEMS will lead the Manhattanville community in developing and executing strategic enrollment and marketing plans, initiatives, and tactics to support enrollment growth across populations and programs. Binns-Dickinson will work closely with the Provost, Vice Presidents, and Deans of Manhattanville to maximize tuition revenue while increasing the quality and talent of the student body. As VPEMS, Binns-Dickinson will also work with faculty and other colleagues to identify the evolving needs of students to inform the development and marketing of academic and co-curricular programs.

Prior to joining Manhattanville, Binns-Dickinson most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, NJ, where she provided strategic leadership and oversight of undergraduate admissions, financial aid, military and veterans services, new student orientation, and enrollment marketing. Binns-Dickinson also held leadership positions at SUNY New Paltz, New Jersey City University, and Montclair State University, leading programs and initiatives that enhanced student recruitment, retention, and institutional visibility. Binns-Dickinson is working toward a doctoral degree in education from Northeastern University, holds a master’s degree in student affairs and higher education counseling from Montclair State University, and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kean University.
